Returns

Damaged Items

  • If your item is damage, please contact us immediately
  • Keep all damaged packaging for inspection by USPS and Fed Ex
  • Send photos of damaged item to info@keleas.com
  • Also include your order number, we can then arrange replacement or refund

Return Policy

  • Sale items or Special-order items and Kits are not returnable
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receipt and obtain a return authorization number
  • Item must be shipped back and received with in 14 days of receipt (return shipping charges are
    your responsibility)
  • Item must be in original condition
  • A copy of your original invoice with return authorization number must be included in the box.
  • Items that originally qualified for free shipping will be discounted on return to account for the
    original shipping charge.
  • Refund will be made back to the original card or PayPal account.
