Damaged Items
- If your item is damage, please contact us immediately
- Keep all damaged packaging for inspection by shipping carrier
- Send photos of damaged item to info@keleas.com
- Also include your order number, we can then arrange replacement or refund
Return Policy
- Sale items or Special-order items and Kits are not returnable
- You must notify us within 7 days of receipt and obtain a return authorization number
- Item must be shipped back and received with in 14 days of receipt (return shipping charges are
your responsibility) - Item must be in original condition
- A copy of your original invoice with return authorization number must be included in the box.
- Items that originally qualified for free shipping will be discounted on return to account for the
original shipping charge. - Refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original card or PayPal account used for transaction.
